Assist with delivering therapeutic interventions, in collaboration with healthcare professionals and teaching staff. Ensure students receive the appropriate medical and emotional support during school hours. Help manage the day-to-day care needs of students, including administering prescribed medications (following appropriate guidelines). Work with teachers to develop and implement personalised learning plans that cater to the specific needs of each student. Support students in managing their health and emotional well-being, including developing coping strategies for various challenges. About You: Previous experience in a healthcare or educational support role, ideally in a clinical or SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) setting. Knowledge and understanding of medical conditions, mental health challenges, and how they impact learning. A caring, empathetic approach to supporting students, with a commitment to their well-being. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, healthcare providers, and families. A passion to become a Clinical Teaching Assistant.
