The role of an Office Administrator is to support the team in the daily operations of the office to ensure that key processes of the business are done in a timely fashion. Why Join Us? Key Responsibilities: Handle telephone and email enquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Clearly explain our diverse services and fee structures to potential clients, converting inquiries into confirmed instructions. Coordinate with surveyors, estate agents, tenants, and vendors to arrange property inspections. Prepare, send, and receive Terms and Conditions, invoices, and other essential correspondence. Maintain the office and property inspection diary to ensure smooth operations. Typing reports, correspondence, and documents with precision and accuracy. Manage financial transactions, including receiving and banking payments, and collating invoices and receipts. Assist with all general ad-hoc duties as needed. What Were Looking For: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Experience as an Office Administrator, preferably in the surveying/property sector. Strong administrative capabilities, including audio typing experience. A self-motivated, adaptable professional who thrives under pressure. Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members at all levels. High standards of confidentiality and diplomacy in all interactions. Proven customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) assessments will be conducted during the interview process.
