You’ll be joining a business where your work truly makes a difference.\n\nAs a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll play a vital role in driving sales, developing strong customer relationships, and promoting Croyde Medical’s innovative product range. You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients across the Northern UK region, supporting their needs with expert product knowledge, clinical training, and after-sales service.\n\nThis is a full-time, permanent role based from home, with daily travel to customer sites across the Northern UK region.
The position offers a salary of c£45,000 per annum, car allowance plus commission opportunities (average additional earnings of £32,000).\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDeliver capital sales revenue in line with company strategy.\n\t\nMaintain and develop strong customer relationships while seeking new business opportunities.\n\t\nConduct high-quality product presentations, demonstrations, and clinical training.\n\t\nProvide after-sales support and training to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.\n\t\nManage all regional customer complaints professionally to achieve positive outcomes.\n\t\nKeep accurate records within HubSpot CRM, including deals, contacts, forecasts, and market insights.\n\t\nRepresent Croyde Medical Ltd with professionalism and a positive approach.\n\t\nSupport market research and new product development initiatives.\n\nSkills & Experience:\n\nProven experience in medical device or capital equipment sales.\n\t\nStrong negotiation and relationship-building skills.\n\t\nExcellent presentation and communication skills.\n\t\nAbility to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.\n\t\nExperience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).\n\t\nA full UK driving licence is essential.\n\nCompensation & Benefits:\n\nUncapped commission structure (7% of GP, with average additional earnings of £32,000).\n\t\nCompany car or car allowance with mileage reimbursement.\n\t\nPrivate healthcare (company-funded, with an option to add family members).\n\t\nPension scheme.\n\t\n25 days holiday (including Christmas closure) plus bank holidays.\n\t\nCompany-provided laptop, mobile phone, and branded workwear.\n\nHow to Apply: \n\nIf this sounds like the perfect role for you, apply today and become part of the Croyde Medical team.\n\nNiche Recruitment is proud to be working exclusively with Croyde Medical to recruit this position
