Emergency Department Sister/Charge Nurse
The Bristol Royal Infirmary Adult Emergency department is a thriving busy department, in the heart of the city of Bristol.
Do you have experience working in emergency medicine? Are you an expert in assessment, a quick thinking problem solver who has strong leadership qualities?

Main duties of the job
* Ensuring safety checks are completed
* Maintaining standards through audits
* Ensuring safe staffing of the emergency department
* Clinically assessing to help identify sick and deteriorating patients
* Ensuring sepsis targets are met
* Providing clinical support to staff on duty
* Maintaining oversight of all areas of the emergency department
* Ensuring clear communication within the department and externally with patient flow
* Supporting with clinical emergencies
* Ensuring patients have plans and facilitating flow
