Here’s what you’ll be doing:
1. Source Top Talent: Use your expertise in direct hiring to identify and engage passive candidates, leveraging tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and building robust talent pipelines.
2. Drive Recruitment Excellence: Manage end-to-end recruitment for experienced hires across key service lines, ensuring fair and inclusive hiring practices.
3. Optimize with Data: Track and report on recruitment metrics, using insights to drive strategies that attract the best talent.
4. Enhance Employer Branding: Manage online attraction channels (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed), ensuring Menzies stands out as an employer of choice.
5. Collaborate & Support: Work closely with HRBPs and stakeholders, coordinating interviews and keeping our ATS (Kallidus Recruit) updated.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Experience working in a fast-paced Talent Acquisition/Internal Recruitment role.
2. Proven experience in direct hiring, passive candidate sourcing, and recruitment management.
3. Expertise with LinkedIn Talent Solutions and Applicant Tracking Systems.
4. A data-driven approach to recruitment, with the ability to analyse and report on key metrics.
5. Exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
6. A genuine passion for creating a positive, people-centered hiring experience.
