Job Description Depute Head Teacher - Primary (PKC12139) £68,892 Breadalbane Academy, Aberfeldy We seek to appoint on a permanent basis a nurturing and innovative Depute Head Teacher to join the leadership team of our all-through school. The successful candidate will be an excellent classroom practitioner and ideally have experience in a senior leadership post with an understanding of leading improvement across a school. They will be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge and understanding of school improvement strategies and how to develop learning and teaching, ensuring that all pupils achieve their full potential. Within the role of Depute Head Teacher, the successful candidate will have responsibility for leading on quality assurance measures, using data to drive improvement and overseeing the development of the curriculum across the primary school. Further areas of responsibility will be based on the successful candidates experience and skills.
