With a focus on ramping up lead generation and inbound sales, we’re looking for a driven and experienced sales leader to coach, motivate, and grow our internal sales team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Lead and manage the telesales team, driving performance and coaching team members to success.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and align with marketing plans.
3. Analyse sales data and trends to identify areas for continuous improvement.
4. Manage inbound enquiries, building trust and understanding customer needs.
5. Maintain expert knowledge of our services and solutions to provide value-driven customer interactions.
6. Drive sales growth through a combination of coaching, motivation, and hands-on sales leadership.
7. Report on sales performance and forecasts in monthly senior leadership meetings.
8. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven experience leading or managing telesales teams in a fast-paced environment.
2. A strong track record in sales, ideally in waste management, recycling, or environmental services (but not essential).
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. A results-driven mindset with the ability to analyse data and refine strategies.
5. A passion for coaching and developing sales professionals to achieve their full potential.
6. A customer-centric approach with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
