Job Title: Part-Time Call Handler
Location: Belfast (On-Site)
Contract Type: Temporary (Ongoing)
Hourly Rate: £12.58 per hour
Hours: Part-Time (25 hours per week, 5-hour shifts per day, Monday to Sunday, shifts between 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM)
About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Handlers to join our team in Belfast. This is a part-time, on-site position, offering a competitive hourly rate of £12.58. The role involves managing high volumes of calls, with flexible shifts scheduled across the week, including evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
* Provide accurate information and support to customers.
* Address customer queries, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.
* Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures.
* Work collaboratively with team members to meet performance targets.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a customer service or call handling role is desirable.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations calmly.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
* Must pass a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
