About The Role
Hours: Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours a week, with additional weekend on call
Location: Redruth, Cornwall

Introduction:
InHealth sees more than 5 million patients each year and diagnostic imaging is one of the busiest services that we provide.
We are excited to be partnering with the NHS to develop new Community Diagnostic Centres to support this vision.
We are delighted to be opening a new Community Diagnostic Centre in Redruth in Autumn 2024, and we are actively recruiting now to build a passionate and dedicated team to support this nationwide programme to enhance the availability of diagnostic Radiography in the community.
Right now, we are looking to recruit an Administration Manager to work closely alongside the Service Manager.
What you will do:
Support the Service Manager with the day-to-day running of the service and oversee the Clinic Support team as required, ensuring the smooth running of the service and that KPI and Audit data is readily available for the Service Manager.
What you are responsible for:
* Monthly KPI reports
* Overseeing and ensuring regular audits take place
* Induct, support and train clinical support staff
* Support with Rotas as required
* Work with the clinical leads to gather information as needed for reports
* Support the clinical support team where needed
* Understand the NHS partnership contractual agreements and the information required to report on this to the Service Manager
* Understand internal compliance and policies
* Support in the recruitment of clinical support staff
Respect and work within patients' and service users' customs, values, and spiritual beliefs, ensuring their views are sought and taken into account.
Support patient bookings and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information systems.
We are looking for someone who has:
* A high level of professionalism and technical standard of work
* Aptitude towards improving quality
* The ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
* Understanding of the implications of the Data Protection Act, Caldicott Principles, and GDPR
* A strong team player attitude, being supportive, caring, reliable, and trustworthy
* The ability to be calm when working under pressure and in a busy environment
* A positive attitude, taking pride in their work and is passionate about the service they provide
* Proven leadership skills
* Ability to prioritise and work independently

* In a role of a similar nature, or ready to take the next step in your career
* Healthcare industry experience would be desirable
* Proficiently working with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
* Supporting other members of the team in their development and training
* Producing regular reports for senior management
