Assistant Restaurant Manager - What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency and exceptional customer service.
* Taking responsibility for the restaurant in the Manager’s absence, showing confidence and initiative.
* Leading from the front, being hands-on and involved in all aspects of service.
* Managing stock, invoices, and operational processes, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
* Coaching and supporting the team, creating a positive, motivated work environment.
* Ensuring all health and safety, hygiene, and compliance standards are met.
