Key Account Management: You will be the point of contact for a portfolio of existing Group Tour Operators & Multi branch Travel Agents who have agreements to sell into our UK and overseas tours with potential for growth across all brand channels. You will be involved in the full life cycle of an account with emphasis on a rolling 2 year plan of activity reviewing progress of existing and future booking opportunities working closely with a variety of stakeholders across the business to ensure we maximise revenue potential for all rooms and tours in our UK Country House properties and growth into partner hotels in UK & Overseas It is crucial you develop strong relationships with the business owners and account managers who are responsible for these contracts therefore the role will include UK & overseas travel to perform annual reviews and unlock additional contract opportunities. You will be expected to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction. New Business generation: For any business to thrive it needs a regular injection of good quality new opportunities leading to repeat business & potential annual growth. HF Holidays is no different and your role will be pivotal in delivering new sales through additional Group Tour Operators based in the UK and overseas. You may receive warm leads through inbound enquiries, but emphasis will be on securing new business through your own lead generation throughout the year. Following a period of induction, you will be provided with KPI’s and priority business requirements to help guide you to spend your time following the right opportunities. You will be expected to attend exhibitions & events during the year with the purpose of generating new leads, follow up appointments and ultimately delivering new business into future seasons.
