JOB TITLE: Service Desk Administrator
COMPANY: Electrical services
CONTRACT: Temporary with the view to go perm
HOURS: Monday - Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
START: ASAP - must be immediately available to start
SALARY: £12.50ph
LOCATION: Ferndown

The role:
Providing support to clients, answer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
Determine the nature and priority of faults based on information provided by the client
Ensure accurate processing of call out purchase orders
Driving the engineering team to attend to all callouts within required SLA's
Monitoring calls received from the customer through to call completion and updating records
Allocation of internal engineers to call outs
Updates to clients following call outs and ensuring quotations team receive full information for quotation purposes.
Invoicing of call outs on Xero and client platforms - full training to be provided in house What You'll Bring:
Experience in a similar service desk or administrator role
Ability to effectively prioritise workload
Confident telephone manner
An enthusiastic team player who enjoys helping others and contributing to a positive work environment.
A skilled communicator, both written and verbal, who can clearly articulate information.
