We are expanding our team and looking to recruit exceptional and highly skilled Multi-trade Carpenters to join us as part of a friendly and professional in-house workforce, you will be responsible for the delivery of Void and Responsive repairs to our social housing stock.

This role is right up your street as it requires you to demonstrate experience in two primary trades, including Carpentry (e.g. Undertake all 2nd fix carpentry works including flooring, decking, installation of kitchen units and worktops, doors and mouldings, glazing and fencing) alongside the ability to undertake associated skills/duties from another related trade.
The ability to work unsupervised and in accordance with strict Health & Safety guidelines is also essential.

Reactive or Void?
With four positions available you will be responsible for the delivery of Void (empty) property repairs to our social housing stock, or for the delivery of Reactive repairs to our social housing stock, the role however is to work across both departments when required.
