As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer experiences during critical moments in their lives. You will work with great people, delivering exceptional service to customers on behalf of well-known brands, including Lloyds Banking Group, The Phoenix Group, Standard Life, AVIVA, M&G Prudential, and Nest. Our unique technology solution enables us to support over 23 million customers, making a significant impact on their lives.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure. A problem solver, flexible, and adaptable to changing priorities, you should be comfortable switching between multiple IT applications while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) is also essential.
Salary Range: £21,840 - £23,000 per year.
