Job Description
As the Business Development Controller for COS you are responsible for critically evaluating and consolidating long-term business development strategies with a view to securing long term growth through your recommendations.
As the strategic partner for the Digital, Tech and Business Development Director you shape the company’s future performance through financial modelling, investment planning, resource allocation, progress measurement and ROI analysis.
What you will do:
* Drive business growth by identifying, consolidating, and evaluating opportunities to enhance development while maintaining healthy profitability.
* Utilize data analysis and market research to generate actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
* Report to the Brand Controller and collaborate with Group commercial and legal teams to spearhead digital contract negotiations on behalf of COS.
* Develop and deliver impactful presentations to the management team, clearly articulating the strategic value and projected ROI of proposed business initiatives.
* Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of initiatives and conduct in-depth post-implementation analyses to refine and enhance future strategies.
* Lead process improvements to optimize the business case development lifecycle, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
* Monitor project milestones and resource allocation during implementation, ensuring efficient progress, and compile comprehensive follow-up reports by tracking results post-implementation.
