As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving new business opportunities, increasing market share, and representing our Estate Agency in your local area.

Your journey as a Sales Development Representative begins with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:
* Purpose-built training location
* Industry-leading training through one-to-one and group sessions
* Daily learning led by industry experts
* Fully-paid hotel stay during training at our Colchester centre
Impact you will make:
* Meet and exceed business targets regularly.
* Act as the custodian of valuation generation activities within the branch.
* Proactively communicate valuation opportunities via ROSIE software through outbound calls.
* Fulfill call-out campaigns for properties for sale, maintaining ROSIE standards.
* Prepare updates for the Morning Meeting on valuation pipeline.
* Lead door-knocking and zonal canvassing strategies, tracking leads and opportunities.
* Engage in daily 1:1 coaching sessions with your manager.
* Manage portal opportunities via Rightmove and On The Market daily.
* Respond to intranet leads promptly.
* Communicate regularly with local owners to generate valuations.
* Generate referral business through excellent customer engagement.
* Participate in local canvassing and prospecting activities, building your personal brand through social media and videos.
* Handle inbound calls, registering applicants and identifying opportunities for valuations, viewings, and financial services.
* Seek opportunities for 5-star Google reviews from engaged customers.
