Brief Description:
To support all processes for sampling, dispensing, and picking at KSP (Kent Science Park) using well defined and documented processes/procedures. Whilst being in compliance with H&S and cGMP requirements. Where applicable, management/interaction with third party organisations such CMOs and/or Partners is required. Monitor and report dispensary performance and utilisation whilst actively identifying and mitigating risks to continued stock supply.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

The job holder is responsible for maintaining cGxP and H&S knowledge applicable to the job.
The job holder must refer to the EHSS Policy (EHSS_P.01) to understand the current EHSS responsibilities for the role.
Support and carry out all activities/processes within the scope of dispensing/sampling/production picking.
Support and carry out activities/processes OTIF in compliance with cGMP and H&S requirements.
The dispensary location is subject to visits by senior management, external bodies, regulatory authorities etc. Audit readiness must be adhered to at all times.
Completing where applicable the ‘controlled drug log’ and producing annual figures. Where required liaising with other departments to ensure figures are correct.
Support of all quality and health and safety documentation associated with the operation of the dispensing/sampling at KSP Examples - SOPs, ABLs, QRAs, RAs etc.
Support CI (continuous improvement). Including risk identification, management, and mitigation.
Use of all electronic system associated with the business – such as, ERP, eQMS etc.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Support all dispensary activities – to include; - Receiving of raw materials from suppliers, Picking of materials to internal customers, Maintenance of stock records and posting activity in ERP system, Sampling/Dispensing activities.
To support and participate in project teams as necessary to achieve the company goals and objectives.
Working in accordance with required KPI’s.
Support day to day management of all associated tasks within the dispensary and picking operations.
Monitoring and recording of data within dispensary operations.
Cleaning of the dispensary, maintain audit facility readiness.
To Identify and participate as required in appropriate supply chain operational and continuous improvement projects.
Responsible for maintaining cGxP and H&S knowledge applicable to the job.
Support any investigations associated with the department at KSP.
Demonstrate continuous improvement behaviors.
The nature of the work requires the job holder to flexible, with regards to working hours to ensure all activities are delivered OTIF.
Carries out their work in a way that will not adversely affect their own, or others’, health, safety and security or the environment and reports any shortcomings in GW arrangements.
Support health and safety, hygiene, and security in the workplace environment. Ensuring all risk assessments, COSHH assessments and MSDS are current and available.
Support Supply Chain team in being available to support out of hours call outs for plant alarms.
Where applicable the job holder may have to execute additional/other tasks in order to meet departmental objectives.
Required/Preferred Education and Licenses:
Transferrable knowledge of supply chain functions and/or dispensary activities.
The nature of the position requires high levels of self-motivation and exceptional commitment to the success of team members and the company as a whole.
Interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Demonstrates and can-do, motivational attitude.
Attention to detail and delivery of accurate data as and when required.
The role requires use of IT systems and software including ERP/eQMS software and MS Office software especially.
Flexibility to work in a demanding environment.
Ability to change direction and handle multiple tasks on a regular basis.
A natural willingness to share ideas and information and assist colleagues.
Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred but not essential.
