The Estimating Administrator role will support the Commercial at City Plumbing Estimating team. Read on to find out more about our latest Estimating Administrator role.Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and submission of estimates using ‘X’ system, in a timely manner and inside agreed SLAsMaintain and update estimating databases and systems, as well as the SPM tool to ensure that up to date data is being shared across the business.Organise and manage estimating files and documentation to support our Estimators being able to locate important files quickly, ensuring our service puts the customer first.Support the team with general administrative tasks e.g such as Inbox management, filing drawings and enquiry information to the relevant Google folder and or into our SPM (CRM) toolCommunicate with suppliers and subcontractors to gather pricing information.Track and report on estimating activities using the SPM tool, ensuring accuracy and speed are a priority.Prepare and distribute reports and summaries.Assist in the development and implementation of estimating procedures, as the Non-Residential team grows.This is a Hybrid role based out of our Head Office in Crick, Northamptonshire.You: You’ll live and breathe our Customer First ethos, with an innovative and agile approach to problem-solving. Required skills and competencies: Previous experience working within an Administrative or Data role would be beneficial.
