Digital Principal Delivery Lead
Permanent

How you’ll help us make health happen:
1. Leadership of the planning, shaping and management of large complex Digital change initiatives.
2. Lead delivery teams in a matrix approach, negotiating and influencing with resource managers.
3. Partner with Heads of Change & Transformation Delivery.
4. Support change across multiple teams and varying team maturities and methodologies, using different methods and data points.
5. Act as Agile Release Train Engineer / Scrum Master.
6. Ensure high quality relationships with Executive Sponsors.
7. Encourage effective working relationships with colleagues across Bupa and with third parties to gain their commitment, support, and resource to deliver project work.
8. Determine when necessary to escalate to the Delivery Hub.
9. Manage complex supplier relationships.
10. Engage with senior stakeholders at Bupa.
Key Skills/Qualifications needed for this role:
1. Principal / Senior Delivery Lead professional, well-rounded in variety of corporate projects (Digital and Customer).
2. Previous experience of managing large-scale Digital projects.
3. Track record of partnering with Product / IT teams.
4. Continuous Improvement backlog management experience.
5. Excellent stakeholder management skills - gravitas to present at Board level.
6. Tenacious approach to problem solving.
7. Highly proficient in risk, resource, and cost/benefit management.
8. Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
9. Knowledge of the healthcare Insurance market is advantageous, not essential.
