As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in the successful delivery of office fit-out projects.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Processing and managing client orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
2. Sourcing and procuring necessary materials and equipment within budget and deadlines.
3. Coordinating and scheduling installation teams to optimise project timelines.
4. Providing regular updates to clients and suppliers on project progress.
5. Identifying and resolving potential issues proactively.
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Required Skills/Experience:
1. Proven experience in project coordination or administration.
2. Strong organisational and time management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
6. A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
