About the Role
As Head of PMO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing best-in-class policies, procedures, and systems to optimise project management across large-scale infrastructure projects. You'll oversee all project controls workstreams, ensuring compliance and efficiency from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement policies and procedures for project scheduling, risk management, budgeting, and cost control.
* Ensure consistent application of PMO best practices across all major capital projects.
* Oversee project schedules, financial forecasting, and risk registers, driving proactive risk mitigation.
* Manage contract-related financial activities and cost controls, ensuring accurate reporting.
* Lead change control processes, monitor project progress, and recommend corrective actions.
* Establish strong relationships with contractors, partners, and internal teams to drive project success.
* Develop and oversee the PMO team, ensuring effective leadership, development, and performance management.
What We're Looking For
1. 8-10 years of experience in procurement and contract management within the energy or infrastructure sector.
