Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Events Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of high-impact events that align with our brand and business goals. This role involves overseeing all phases of event management — from ideation to post-event analysis — while ensuring a seamless experience for attendees and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute end-to-end event strategies, including conferences, trade shows, internal events, virtual and hybrid experiences.
* Own and manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics, ensuring events are delivered on time and within budget.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, communications, design) to align event goals with overall business strategy.
* Source, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships (e.g., venues, production, AV, catering, staffing).
* Manage event registration processes, attendee communication, and on-site or virtual event operations.
* Lead event staff or contractors, delegate responsibilities, and ensure smooth event execution.
* Track and report on KPIs, attendee feedback, and post-event ROI for continuous improvement
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in event planning/management, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
* Proven track record of managing successful large-scale events and campaigns.
* Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
