The client is looking to recruit a Project Coordinator on a fixed-term contract basis. You will be an integral part of the team supporting in launching projects effectively, coordinating closely with several departments.
Job Responsibilities for the Project Coordinator:
* Update and ensure accuracy of company and customer reports
* Distribute reports to stakeholders on time
* Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects
* Maintain project documentation and coordinate team communication
* Track project resources and prepare meeting materials
* Flexibly assist in other business functions as needed
* Provide input on business processes
To be successful in this role of Project Coordinator:
* At least 12 months experience within an similar role
* Proven experience within a fast paced, varied role
* Have a high attention to detail
* Drive to progress into a Project Management position
