Your role What you'll be doing JOB PURPOSE: Join our dynamic and innovative team at Corpay Ltd, a leading fuel and payments company developing its digital e-commerce platform, which aims to provide exceptional online application journeys for its customers. We are committed to continuous improvement and are seeking a talented and driven E-commerce Product Manager to optimize the e-commerce conversion rates and continually enhance customer journeys. As an Ecommerce Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase conversion rates across our e-commerce platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external agencies to identify opportunities for improvement, conduct A/B testing, analyze data, and implement changes to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction. You will work across multiple markets and multiple products to support the onboarding of customers, these include Allstar in the UK, TravelCard in the Netherlands, and Shell across EU markets. This role is a key supporting role to the e-commerce manager and is pivotal to driving innovation and understanding internally and externally. You will be an exceptionally organized person with a laser focus on good customer outcomes. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Develop and execute CRO strategies to improve conversion rates and overall user experience across the UK and Europe. Conduct thorough analyses of customer behavior, website traffic, and user journeys using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and other CRO tools. Develop business cases using data from within the organization from Salesforce and Tableau. Identify and prioritize areas for optimization, through the application journey. Work closely with the Web and PPC team to help maximize the opportunity for customers to apply online. Design and implement A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experiments to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of changes. Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure seamless implementation of initiatives. Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously drive improvement. Work with the broader Marketing & Digital team to ensure content and tests are optimized across the marketing, website, and campaign activity. Create and own a roadmap of developments, to capture all areas of optimization and work with key stakeholders to share the roadmap and reasons for prioritization for activities. Help gather all assets required to develop a CRO or A/B test, including all approvals and sign-offs from key stakeholders Assist in project delivery, chasing content, sign-offs, and outstanding requirements to support E-commerce Manager Evaluate and review performance determining optimal UX design and flow. Work with the E-commerce Manager and the development teams to prioritize changes. Manage the day-to-day approvals from key internal and external stakeholders on optimizations being tested and delivered, taking into account business impacts across key functions in each market. Collaborate with internal and external teams to build and develop a market-leading application journey. QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, and Product Management Good to have some Account Management experience. Good to have some Product Management experience Experience A/B testing. Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Team player but also able to be self-motivated. Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex problems.
