We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Installation Manager to oversee the installation processes within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing installation teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities
* Lead and manage installation teams to ensure efficient project execution.
* Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and expectations for installations.
* Develop project timelines and ensure adherence to schedules.
* Conduct site visits to assess installation conditions and provide solutions as necessary.
* Monitor the quality of work performed by installation teams, ensuring compliance with company standards.
* Maintain accurate records of installations, including materials used and time spent on each project.
* Train and mentor team members on best practices in installation techniques and safety protocols.
* Address any issues or concerns that arise during the installation process promptly.
Experience
* Proven experience in a managerial role within the installation or construction industry is essential.
* Strong knowledge of installation processes, tools, and safety regulations.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
* Proficiency in using project management software is advantageous.
* A background in technical fields related to installations (e.g., electrical, plumbing, or HVAC) is preferred but not mandatory.
