About The Role
To manage and grow The Beauty Crop's TikTok channel, delivering engaging content that supports revenue targets and managing TikTok Lives. You live and breathe TikTok and have your finger on the pulse of what's happening in social media.
Core Responsibilities:
Strategy & Execution:
* Develop and execute social media strategies to build and engage our audience on TikTok, with a key focus on TikTok shop revenue targets.
* Manage our TikTok Lives, partnering with commercial leaders within the business to deliver lives around key commercial opportunities.
* Leverage TikTok's algorithm and viral trends to maximize shop visibility and organic engagement, identifying opportunities for rapid scaling and customer acquisition.
* Create, schedule, and manage engaging posts that align with the brand’s voice and marketing campaigns.
* Monitor social media trends and platform updates, always looking for the latest trend and opportunities for innovation.
Content Creation:
* Lead the social content creation strategy and execution, creating assets for social channels.
* Own the creation and curation of all social media content.
* Feel comfortable and confident being able to jump on the other side of the camera, creating content for yourself for social channels when needed.
* Develop innovative content ideas and execute them quickly to leverage trending topics and viral opportunities.
* Use your deep understanding of beauty to craft engaging, authentic content that connects with our audience.
TikTok Lives:
* Collaborate with the commercial team to plan and execute TikTok Live Events.
* Confident to present live TikToks when needed during large live events.
Community Engagement:
* Act as the primary point of contact for online community interactions, responding to comments, messages, DMs, and reviews promptly.
* Think outside the box and come up with fresh ideas to engage with our community beyond social media IRL.
Analytics & Reporting:
* Weekly reporting on our social media performance.
* Regularly analyze social media performance to adapt and refine strategies, reporting results and insights to senior stakeholders.
About You
* 1-3 years experience in a social media role of a DTC brand.
* Passionate about TikTok, you know what's trending, what's next, and what works.
* Proven experience in creating & editing content (video) in our brand TOV.
* Confident presenter, you must be happy to appear in our social content.
* Great time management skills, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changes in direction, deadlines, and project execution.
* Calm under pressure and a positive attitude.
* Must be able to work 3 days a week in our West London office, and 2 remote.
