Status of role: One-year fixed term contract maternity cover (May 2025 to April 2026).
Full time 37.5 hours per week but scope for part time options.
Location: Based in Craiglockhart Tennis Centre, 177 Colinton Road, Edinburgh, EH14 1BZ.
Hybrid working eligible: Remote working is available if home office setup is suitable for regular home working. Minimum of two days in the office per week, three days remote after the initial induction period. Some evening and weekend working will be a normal requirement of the role.

Do you have a passion for providing coaches and judges access to a top-class formal education programme and support the workforce on their continued learning journey that ensures a positive and uplifting gymnastics experience for all members? Are you experienced in overseeing the planning, coordination and delivery of formal coach and judge education?
Scottish Gymnastics is the governing body responsible for all levels of gymnastics activity in Scotland. This is a key role working directly with coaches, judges, clubs and the wider delivery workforce to support them in a range of areas including managing the formal coach and judging education programme to support the workforce on their continued learning journey. In addition, you will have responsibility for the recruitment, development and deployment of Scottish Gymnastics' tutor workforce, ensuring world-class delivery across all workshops and courses.
The education programme manager will have a proven record of budget management and financial accountability, a good knowledge of coach education and coach development, and leading and sustaining partnership working.
We are looking for a dynamic team player who can demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and develop strong, effective working relationships. Great attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to work proactively with coaches, clubs and partners are essential. A continuous improvement approach to your work will be expected as well as the ability to reflect and seek creative solutions to challenges.
You will be able to work on your own initiative, be pro-active and able to manage multiple projects and deliver to deadlines. Candidates will need knowledge of Microsoft Office products, and a knowledge of the sports industry would be desirable.
