Job Description
1. Social housing refurbishment projects across the north west; kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, etc.
2. Managing a team of site managers who oversee the operational delivery team.
3. Overseeing multiple projects at a time.
4. Financial planning and budgeting.
5. CDM 2015 and Health & Safety.
6. Sub-contractor management.
7. Client relationships and reporting to the directorate team.
8. Improving performance and delivery of projects.
9. Key leadership role within the North West Housing division.
The Successful Applicant
1. Proven housing refurbishment background for a main contractor.
2. Prior trade background.
3. SMSTS / SSSTS / CSCS.
4. NVQ 6 or 7 desirable.
5. Experience managing social housing schemes.
6. Considerate Constructor scheme experience.
7. Proven ability to prepare and monitor works programmes i.e., Microsoft.
8. Ability to review, challenge and support contractors RAMS.
9. UK Driving licence.
