What you'll be doing
Corpay^ is currently looking to hire a Business Administration Apprentice within the UK Office Support division. This position falls under our Fleetcor Europe line of business based in Vincent Square, London, UK.
This is an 18-month fixed term Apprenticeship, working onsite. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm.
Key Accountabilities:
The primary purpose of your role at Corpay will be to assist with the day-to-day management of the Vincent Square London Office, alongside the Senior Executive Assistant to the Group President, this consists of the following key areas:
Facilities:
1. Managing and maintaining a sufficient level of office supplies. Including consumables, products, and stationery.
2. Ensuring the property, with specific reference to communal areas, are kept clean/tidy.
3. Liaising with suppliers, processing invoices/payments and managing office expenses
Reception:
4. Meet/greet external visitors, signing them into the site and issuing/managing temporary security key fobs.
Meetings:
5. Prepare meeting rooms in advance of all external visitor appointments.
6. Coordinate orders for catering requirements and distribute to meetings.
Maintenance:
7. Liaising with trades, contractors, and suppliers to administer required works.
8. Managing and scheduling annual reviews, as part of legal requirements
Health & Safety:
9. Assist with the management and implementation of fire and first aid procedures and policies.
10. Assist with risk management and assessments.
11. Schedule annual reviews/tests, as part of legal requirements
