Job Title: Administrative Support
A leading design and installations provider is seeking an Admin Support to join their growing team. The role involves supporting project managers, service, and purchasing teams with daily administrative tasks.
1. Answering inbound calls from customers, taking new job details, and logging information into the system.
2. Creating job packs with details of products to be installed, addresses, and risk assessments.
3. Booking courier deliveries and hire equipment for jobs.
4. Maintaining Health & Safety paperwork and keeping it up to date.
5. Booking vehicles for repairs and servicing.
6. Assisting the Operations & Procurement teams with administrative tasks.
7. Using stock management software.
8. Performing any additional ad hoc duties as required.
9. Working effectively as part of a team.
10. Being self-motivated and proactive.
