This dynamic position focuses on delivering a high-quality Housing Management service working with our Rent and Income manager and their team. You will have operational oversight of our income collection processes, ensuring these are robust and being used effectively to achieve maximum income through rents and service charges. You will ensure that arrears are minimised and will work with closely with external partners such as DWP, Local authorities and registered providers to deliver our financial objectives. You will have a strong commitment to professionalism, an eye for the detail, work collaboratively, provide excellent customer service, you will address housing management matters proactively, providing responsive support and fostering a positive environment where residents feel secure and valued. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-centred environment, enjoys building strongrelationships, approaches challenges with compassion and a non-judgmental attitude, and is motivated by finding practical solutions to support Evolve and its residents in achieving their goals.
