Your leadership will ensure a high-quality front-line onboarding service, using robust operational management and data trend analysis to continuously improve the end-user experience.

What will a day in the life of an Onboarding Manager look like?
1. Lead and mentor the Onboarding Support Team, providing guidance, support, training, and feedback as required.
2. Collaborate with the Head of People Support and other key stakeholders to develop and implement robust processes that aligns with internal and external policies and procedures
3. Oversee and manage the end to end Onboarding journey, including job offers, contracts, pre-employment checks and employee data management.
4. Create a positive employee experience by providing timely and accurate communication, feedback, and support throughout the Onboarding process.
5. Track and analyse key performance metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
6. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organisational policies related to onboarding.
What will you need to be a successful Onboarding Manager?
7. Bachelor's degree in HR, recruitment, business administration, or a related field.
8. + years of experience in Recruitment/Onboarding or HR related role.
9. Strong Knowledge of recruitment/Onboarding systems and databases
10. Strong knowledge of pre-employment laws and legislation.
11. Excellent communication, collaboration, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
12. Ability to use data to drive insight and action
