As part of an exciting growth journey, we are looking for a Senior HR Manager to help scale and support our global workforce, based out of the UK, on a remote basis
The Role:
As Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and strengthening the team. Based in the UK, this role will involve global responsibilities as you help guide the growth of our diverse and dynamic organization. The ideal candidate will have worked in a start-up environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to attract top-tier talent in line with our growth objectives.
* Work closely with senior leadership to plan and enhance team structures and capabilities.
* Lead the recruitment process from end to end, ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage.
* Provide support and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
* Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, evaluations, and coaching.
* Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business goals.
* Oversee HR administration tasks, including payroll and benefits administration.
Core Skills & Experience:
* 5+ years of experience in HR management, ideally within the technology or cybersecurity sectors.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations, with familiarity with those in other regions (e.g., Singapore) being advantageous.
* Knowledge of US employment laws is a plus.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR projects efficiently.
