About the Job: We are seeking a Data Management Specialist to drive the implementation of new Enterprise Data Services across Aviva Group. As a key member of the Group Chief Data Office, you will have the opportunity to shape and influence Data Management services, standards, and best practices. With the immediate focus being on Data Quality, your role will involve developing and enhancing processes, systems, and services to create a significant shift in our Data Management capabilities. Skills and Experience We're Looking For: Comprehensive understanding of the data lifecycle management. Hands-on experience with some data management disciplines, which include Data Quality, Metadata Management, User Access, Master and Reference Data Management, and the connections to Data Governance and Data Privacy. Practical knowledge and experience of embedding effective Data Management practices as part of a change and transformation project. Proven experience in using or implementing data management systems such as Informatica EDC/Axon, Alation, Collibra, Atacama, Precisely, Talend, Immuta, or similar is advantageous. Familiarity with one or more of these systems within cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP will be highly beneficial, as will experience with Snowflake. Ability to inform, influence and manage relationships with stakeholders and peers, including those less familiar with data concepts.
