Reed Accountancy are proud to be working with a growing Business in Leeds who are recruiting a Management Accountant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the Finance Director with ad-hoc financial duties and ensure all financial records are accurate.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Record daily financial transactions and prepare monthly trial balances for sales, purchases, and cashbook ledgers.
* Prepare quarterly VAT returns.
* Manage the entire purchase ledger.
* Reconcile the balance sheet.
* Support twice-daily payment runs, including submitting daybook data to the funder's portal.
* Reconcile the funder's ledger with the internal ledger monthly.
* Assist the FD in producing daily cashflow forecasts for Trade and Trust accounts.
* Provide information for quarterly audits with funders.
* Produce weekly income sweeps.
* Handle staff expenses and credit card reconciliations.
* Serve as a backup for the finance team in allocating clients' cash.
* Perform other ad hoc duties as needed.
