HUMAN RESOURCE AND RECRUITMENT ADVISOR OVERVIEW:
We are on the search for a new member to join our growing HR Team in the business.
This role provides key operational HR support for all re:act team members and managers across the business and supports with recruitment across all levels.
You will be the go to person at re:act on all things people related from HR Admin, to Performance Management and Recruitment. You’ll be supported in the role by our part time HRD.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Maintain the Company handbook, policies and procedures.
* Maintain & update all employee documentation, HR Admin & the HR system.
* Support, coach and provide proactive advice to line managers on policies & queries regarding the employee lifecycle.
* Manage full employee lifecycle support including: company induction, probation, performance management and exit interviews.
* Manage ER casework & support managers on any cases
* Support with employee engagement surveys and initiatives
* Support with all cyclical HR initiatives e.g. annual reviews & pay reviews.
* Support with employee development
* Support with any acquisition and/or TUPE
* Support the talent acquisition process, reviewing applications, creating shortlists and supporting with interviews
* Promoting the employer brand; raising awareness of the agency and delivering a seamless candidate experience.
* Optimise the hiring and assessment process to ensure it is equipped to scale.
* Contribute to the development of Talent and People processes making them smoother, automated, and more responsive.
* Analyse and interpret workforce metrics with a natural focus on continuous process improvement.
* Manage Ad hoc HR Projects as they arise

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED FOR THE ROLE:
* Competence in Microsoft Packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
* Experience of working as HR Advisor (or similar role)
* Familiarity with a fast-paced, ever-changing environment,
* Flexible and adaptable style, who can easily partner with and recruit across different functions at different levels.
* Highly organised and able to prioritise workload effectively.
* Logical and proactive in their approach to work.
* Self-starter who thrives in team environment and autonomous working.
* Able to effectively influence, negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
* Creative and unorthodox thinker, able to push projects forward in an unstructured environment.
* Able to communicate concisely and effectively.
* Attention to detail and data literate.
* Understanding of Employment Law
* Relevant experience working in and/or recruiting within Marketing, social media, or a Creative Agency is desirable.
