Your role and responsibilities
You will provide administrative and financial support to Social Care and Family Support Practitioners across the North and East Ipswich and Coastal locality. Your responsibilities include supervising a small team of Administrators in Leiston, contributing to the management of teams in Felixstowe and Ipswich, and advising staff on administrative procedures. You will monitor workloads, ensure high standards, and handle office and premises queries in Leiston.
You will need
* Knowledge of budget administration, following financial policies and procedures
* Experience in managing/supervising staff in an office environment
* Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
