HR Administrator Are you a HR Administrator ready to join a fast paced and growing European business? Carousel Logistics, a leader in the logistics and supply chain industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our Sittingbourne office. In this role you will play a vital role in supporting the UK HR team with the day-to-day operations of the HR department. This is a generalist role providing HR administrative support across the full employee lifecycle with the opportunity to grow and develop within the business. Key Responsibilities • Act as the first point of contact for HR admin queries across the department. • Coordinate and manage training requests, including DCLA training and mandatory course administration. • Organise company events and manage the ordering and processing of long service awards and company gifts. • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, including inductions and exit interviews. • Prepare and issue employment contracts, offer letters, and new starter packs; conduct pre-employment checks. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using the HR database. • Administer employee benefits packages and manage absence records, including processing return-to-work documents. • Assist with investigations, disciplinaries, probationary reviews, and absence meetings. • Provide recruitment administration support, including preparing and posting job adverts, screening CVs, and arranging interviews. • Help to roll out and engage employees with Groupwide initiatives. Skills and Qualifications • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of confidentiality. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Must be within a commutable distance to Sittingbourne. • Previous experience working in a manufacturing or logistics environment. Role details: Permanent, Full Time. Hybrid working model. 24 days holiday plus bank holidays.
