Due to our clinical success and patient demand, CPTE is growing and has an immediate need for an experienced and passionate outpatient Physical Therapist at our Manchester, NH clinic. The clinic features aquatic therapy and treats a diverse patient population from local high school athletes to weekend warriors. A passionate team of 2 PTs and 2 PTAs is waiting for you.
About the Role
As a PT at CPTE, you will provide quality, evidence-based, and individualized programs of physical therapy that include assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, education, and communication to help patients achieve optimal recovery and well-being. Your caseload will be primarily orthopedic with a variety of sports medicine and musculoskeletal diagnoses as well as vestibular and other conditions.

Your Typical Day
* Provide direct patient care, evaluate functional needs and outcomes, and consult with other specialists. Review patients’ functional needs and adjust care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
* Design and implement plans of care for patients based on a thorough assessment of potential development; Plans will include but are not limited to manual therapy, aquatic therapy, neuromuscular training, modalities and functional rehabilitation.
* Conduct therapy practice within defined standards of care.
* Create fitness and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients’ specific needs; Promote patient’s healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
* Communicate effectively with other professionals and support staff to achieve positive patient outcomes.
* Document patient care services via EMR.
* Direct the assistance of support staff as needed to achieve patients’ functional goals.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures, objectives, quality improvement program, safety, environmental, and infection control standards as required.
* Enhance professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, in-service meetings, and workshops.
* Provide direction and leadership to staff as required and act as a resource to promote physical therapy in the community.
About You
* Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited school of physical therapy.
* Active or pending state license to practice physical therapy.
* Superior customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
* Ability to manage and interact positively with a diverse patient population of all ages.
* Drive to continually learn and grow.
