Red Bull UK is recruiting for a Regional Account Executive Grocery - West London to be based in West London, UK.
Reporting to the Grocery Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the availability and secondary placements of Red Bull, building and developing customer relationships, executing in-store sales drivers, and acting as an expert in the Soft Drinks category. You will also be responsible for working with all internal and external stakeholders to bring our sales and marketing plans to life. This is a field-based role with key account responsibilities.

The region focuses on West London, spanning across North London (Borehamwood, Bushey, Enfield) and west of London (Hounslow, Maidenhead, Slough). Please note that you will need to live within, or be willing to relocate to, this territory and you will need a UK manual driving licence to be eligible.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
* Key Account responsibility for approximately 25 Regional Grocery Groups with influence over 800 stores (Regional Groups include Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury's, Morrisons, and Co-op Societies).
Prioritise and manage coverage of your key groups and stores to maximize opportunities within your territory.
Meet with Area Managers, Regional Buyers, and Multiple Site Owners to ensure compliance with National Head Office Agreements and agree on discretionary sales drivers.
Agree on Joint Business Plans aligned with our National Brand Campaigns.
Establish effective working relationships with key stakeholders such as National Account Managers, Category Managers, Supply Team, and our third-party Field Sales agency.
Work closely with our field sales agency sales representatives to align on store-level availability, merchandising, and visibility priorities to support your Regional Agreements.
Plan, forecast, track, and review sales performance and availability for all groups and stores.
Ensure all customer contacts and stores in your territory are visited as frequently as required – you will be expected to spend 70% of your time each week in stores scoping opportunities, building a contact matrix, and meeting with Area Managers, Regional Buyers, and Multiple Site Owners.
* Maintain and increase the availability of Red Bull at both the Front-of-Store (Chilled) and the Back of Store (Ambient).
Ensure Red Bull has its fair share of space in both the Soft Drinks and the overall Sports & Energy category in-store at both the Front-of-Store (Chilled) and the Back of Store (Ambient).
Agree on incremental distribution of Red Bull products, maximising the number of SKUs per store.
Agree on additional chilled placements of the Red Bull product in-store, through either store-owned or Red Bull fridges.
Agree on additional ambient placements in-store, through either store-owned or Red Bull displays.
Ensure the effective rollout of New Product Development (NPD), maximizing availability, distribution, and feature for launch.
Bring to life marketing initiatives with in-store execution and relevant Point of Sale (POS), reflecting brand campaigns such as New Product Launches and Consumer Activations.
Increase in-store presence through visibility and awareness of the product by merchandising our product on shelves, in fridges, and around the store.
