REED Business Support are pleased to be working with one of Edinburgh’s leading Property Management Groups, who are looking to recruit a ‘property administrator’ on a temporary basis. Working in the office, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service to clients and tenants, supporting the property management operations and carrying out efficient administrative processes.

Details:
Monday - Thursday // 09:00 - 17:00 | Friday / / 09:00 – 16:00
£13.50 - £14.00 /hr
Office Based Working Pattern (Hybrid after first few weeks)
Start Date: Asap
Temp to Perm (Dependant on performance)
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with the day-to-day management of residential and commercial properties.
* Handle tenant inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
* Maintain accurate records of property transactions and tenant information.
* Coordinate property maintenance and repairs with contractors.
* Prepare and distribute lease agreements and other documentation.
* Assist with rent collection and financial reporting.
* Support the property management team with various administrative tasks.
What we're looking for:
* Full, clean UK driving licence
* Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
