About the role
The purpose of this role is to be the first point of contact for candidates and prospective candidates, providing support and guidance through the entire Secure English Language Testing (SELT) candidate journey in line with Trinity’s policies and regulatory requirements. The Customer Service Advisor will a friendly and welcoming service at all times, answering queries relating to price and content details of examinations to prospective students. The role will support all candidates with any queries relating to their exam booking and completing necessary actions to amend their details. This will include cross-checking data and recording appropriate actions for colleagues to follow.
The Customer Service Advisor work closely with the Team Leader and management to feedback any issues or complaints, help to promote the services offered and raise any relevant training needs.
The hours of work will be 40 hours per week, worked over 5 days during the hours of 08:00 and 20:00 on Fridays and Mondays, and between 08:00 to 17:30 on Saturdays and Sundays. Therefore, please be aware that regular weekend work will be required.
About You
This role requires someone with the ability to portray a professional image at all times even during challenging situations and be able to work under pressure whilst retaining a level of detail and accuracy. You’ll succeed in this role by delivering a first-class service to your team and understand the need to provide an excellent administrative support to the team.
If you are proficient in Microsoft Office packages and have a strong work ethic, this will be the right role for you.
