Job Opening: Experienced Direct Access Dental Therapist Location: Manchester Area (Practices in Bolton Road BL4, Trafford M32, Wilmslow SK9) Position: GDC Registered Dental Therapist - Direct Access - Practice Type: Primarily Private with NHS Services Part of a Network: 100 surgeries across 35 practices in the North West & Northern Ireland About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and motivated Dental Therapist to join our expanding network of practices across the Manchester area, including Bolton Road (BL4), Trafford (M32) and Wilmslow SK9. As a Direct Access Dental Therapist, you’ll deliver high-quality dental care within your scope of practice, supporting both NHS and private patients. This role requires excellent communication skills to ensure patients are fully informed of their options and to support seamless referrals to our in-house specialists in implants, aligners, and aesthetic dentistry. Key Responsibilities: Provide routine dental care for NHS and private patients. Communicate treatment plans clearly and confidently with patients. Refer patients to in-house specialists as needed for advanced treatments. Promote private services such as composite bonding, hygienist appointments, fillings, and airflow cleaning. Be available for flexible working hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
