Our client based in Ashford is currently recruiting an Import Customer Services Clerk to join their team.
Duties include:
1. Answering the telephone and replying to emails
2. Liaising with customers and overseas offices
3. Quoting and arranging shipments
4. Dealing with any queries and general office duties
Requirements:
Good communication skills required along with IT Literacy, specifically Excel and Word.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm
