Required As the Regional AMO Manager you will be responsible for planning and delivering proper maintenance levels and maintenance compliance to ensure we provide services with the highest standards of safety, quality and professionalism. You will assign personnel to complete the required tasks related to the preparation of equipment at the Base. The Regional AMO Manager will also be responsible for: Developing, monitoring and maintaining administrative tools to ensure continuous improvement of resources and processes the development and training of personnel and Ensuring that all resources are efficiently and effectively used to optimize return on investment and profitability Collaborating with the service delivery manager to ensure the allocated resources are properly prepared and maintained to perform the operation successfully Ensuring all Baker Hughes Standards, Policies and Operating Procedures are understood, complied with and updated. Ensuring all personnel are equipped with required PPE and safety tools Leading HSE and Service delivery, performing regular workshops and wellsite visits to ensure jobs are 'done right every time' Arranging training and development of assigned personnel (engineers and lab technicians) to create and maintain a technically competent and motivated workforce, We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
