Duties:
1. Attending exit interviews
2. Working alongside line managers to oversee absence management
3. Processing occupational health referrals
4. Posting adverts for jobs and shortlisting candidates
5. Overseeing health and safety
Essential experience / skills:
1. CIPD Level 3 or above
2. HR Administration, Compliance Administration or HR Advisor experience
3. Experience working in a standalone role with the ability to use initiative to make decisions
4. Recruitment administration knowledge (e.g., RTW, onboarding, etc.)
