Planner/Scheduler

Our Client, a large maintenance company who look after a social housing contract, are looking to recruit a Planner/Scheduler to join their busy team. They are looking for someone who can act as a first point of contact for customers/clients, ensure all enquiries are managed efficiently and provide excellent levels of customer service.
Your main duties will be:
* Answering calls regarding repairs and dealing with the call in a professional manner
* Responding to emails from tenants/contractors/clients regarding repairs in accordance with operational procedures
* Logging calls and repair requests on IT systems
* Coordinate repair works with your team
* Allocate work to employed operatives
* Order parts for repairs
* Liaising with tenants/operatives about completed jobs and return visits
* Filing/maintaining paperwork in accordance with quality assurance procedures
* Dealing with customer complaints and logging them onto the system
* Managing your workload and prioritising repairs
* Other duties requested by your manager
Key Skills:
* Excellent telephone manner
* Good verbal/written communication skills
* Able to work under pressure
* IT literacy – Word, Excel, Emails
* Positive attitude when dealing with difficult people/situations
For this particular role, previous experience within the property maintenance sector/social housing sector would be advantageous.
