£14.00 per hour role in a Boutique Hotel near Swanage. We are looking for a Breakfast Chef with proven craft skills and who enjoys using fresh produce. Key responsibilities include running a section, producing dishes to standard, ensuring food safety, and supervising a team. Required qualifications and experience include Breakfast Chef level, NVQ Level 1 and 2, and experience cooking with fresh produce. The role offers meals on duty, brand discounts, and no evening shifts. The successful candidate will have an enthusiastic attitude, willingness to learn, and a commitment to health and safety. The ideal candidate will be qualified to NVQ Level 1 and 2, have experience at Breakfast Chef level, and be able to work 5/7 days, 6am-4pm. The successful candidate will be able to produce dishes to a high standard, work safely, and support a team.
