Your role –
7. Full-time or part-time available (minimum 3 days per week)
8. Support the role of the Clinical Pharmacist at GP practice level on the delivery of the Clinical Pharmacy in General Practice model.
9. Initially assisting with a backlog of patient reviews
10. Longer-term, assist with audits, medicine management and medicine quality
11. Mixture of telephone and face-to-face appointments
12. Work closely with other Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacists
13. Deliver quality patient care
