Job Description
As HSE Coordinator, you will be tasked with the following:
* Ensuring compliance with all HSE regulations (ISO 45001) and standards
* Conducting regular HSE audits and inspections
* Implementing HSE training for all staff
* Investigating and reporting on any HSE incidents
* Developing and maintaining HSE policies and procedures
* Coordinating meetings of the HSE committee
* Collaborating with other departments to promote HSE awareness
* Contributing to sustainability initiatives within the company
The Successful Applicant
A successful HSE Coordinator should have:
* A degree in Environmental Health, Safety Engineering, or a related field
* Relevant certifications in HSE management
* Knowledge of HSE regulations and standards
* Excellent communication and training skills
* Data-driven individual
* Minimum of an IOSH or NEBOSH qualification
What's on Offer
* An estimated salary range of £35,000 to £40,000 per year
* Up to 10% matched pension contribution
* Excellent supporting package
* Monday to Thursday 0800 - 1700, Friday 0800 - 1250
